This dress is divine! I don't know if they have prairie pageants but this dress would be perfect for it! The bodice is in a mini floral cotton print with super billowing oversized sleeves that end at the elbow. The neck and sleeve hems are trimmed in wide pink knit rib and at the neck is a built in beaded necklace. The waist has a lovely red flower and ribbon trim and the skirt is glorious in solid pink cotton with heaps of volume and a hem flounce. A rare beauty!
